If you cancel the course on or after 4 weeks before the course start date the we must advise that full course fee is retained by Wildcrafts. If you have placed any orders for kit from our web site that we would bring along for you we will ship these out to you.
We would strongly advise that you take out a suitable holiday insurance for the weekend in the event of being unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances. On receipt of an original suitable doctors report Wildcrafts will, at their discretion, look at the refund situation and advise. Please remember this all depends on us being able to fill your place so no promises can be made and we look at it on an "as is" basis.
